Jeremy has a conversation with Soni Albright, educator and administrator for Waldorf City of Lakes School in Minneapolis. Having taught for over 2 decades in different locations around the country, she shares what she has learned from her experiences in public, parochial and Waldorf teaching methodologies. She also explains her belief that choosing the right educational system is about fit for each child and their family.

Together they explore experiences from working with children, their perspectives as parents, and Rudolf Steiner’s visionary ideas. This conversation takes a deep dive into what the development of a human being looks like beyond the current standards in childhood education, where we could improve, and how we can promote well-being individually and culturally.
