This is my conversation with Dr. Aaron Babb.

After medical school at Georgetown, he did orthopedic surgical residency at Mayo Clinic, moonlighted as a urgent care/primary care doc in Minneapolis.

While he loved the work he was doing, he found himself in a dilemma. He started to see problems which were interfering with his ability to deliver the kind of care he had envisioned being able to give. This led him on 3 year journey into health tech and Silicon Valley start-up land.

He’s now in Burney, CA, working for a rural hospital and bringing his background in health tech to develop tele-medical support for patients in the mountainous region.
